2) Try to relax when possible. Even if you don’t manage to completely let go of your stressors, taking some time for yourself each day to relax can help immensely. Yoga, meditation, or aromatherapy are all great ways to do this.

3) Eat right and exercise regularly. Too many people neglect their diets when they’re stressed out, but eating junk food will only make matters worse! Make sure to fuel your body with nutritious foods that will give you energy throughout the day and help keep your mood stable too!

4) Get enough sleep. If you aren’t getting enough rest, not only will your mood suffer but so will your physical health – especially if you have chronic conditions like anxiety or depression. Aim for at least 7 hours per night every single night!
