A brief history
Having graduated with honors in design and visual arts at the Complutense University of Madrid, Pasadena Art Center, and Occidental College in Los Angeles, Miguel Rueda found his calling in interior design and chose to expand his skills.
He began planning and building properties at a really young age. Although interiors have always been his passion, he proceeded to feature in over 50 television commercials, earning a Clio award.
With an inspiration to create masterpieces of visual art, Mr Rueda now devotes his time to luxury architecture and interior design. His company has grown over the years, turning into one of the most flexible and unique designers worldwide.
His recent project features one of the world’s largest homes, running over 35,000 sq m of living space. His previous projects consist of penthouses, camp buildings, skyscrapers, beach houses, yacht interior design amongst others.

TKM Yacht
For lovers of the ocean, the TKM Yacht is a complete masterpiece. It provides comfort and offers a home at sea.
Originally designed by Miguel Rueda, the TKM Yacht is set to become top of the ranks as one of the world’s premier superyachts. The exterior of this advanced vessel is made of luxury metallic.
Miguel Rueda Designs participated actively in designing advanced facilities for this yacht. Some of these world-class facilities include; a helipad, pool, a fitness space, an entertainment region, a kitchen, luxury bedrooms, wardrobes amongst others.
The unrivaled craftsmanship and quality material used in this project created a standard design of yachts. One which is difficult to meet.
SR House, Beverly Hills
Everyone knows that Beverly Hills is the home for celebrities and superstars. Miguel Rueda Designs drew and built a mansion with the largest luxury home resort swimming pool in Los Angeles.
It is a single residential house, covering 7 acres of land area. With a square foot of 30000, this house is considered to be amongst the most exclusive buildings in the world.
Ocean house
Nothing beats a house on the ocean. Carefully designed for your luxury vacations, this house is built alongside a yacht, a private port and beach, a restaurant, a boutique, and a movie theater.
Its site area is estimated to be about fifty hectares. With the main residence of 35,000 square meters, it is said to be one of the largest homes in the Middle East.
BK House, West Africa
With a special mixture of the beauties in Africa, Miguel Rueda Designs is working on another breathtaking masterpiece. Built to provide convenience and privacy, this residential building stands as a landmark for designers all over the world.
It has an estimated site area of 10 acres. The project area is recorded to be between 7000 square meters to 75,350 square feet.
