Going back to sleep even for a couple of hours can help you to wake up feeling a bit more rested and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Dehydration happens because you likely didn’t drink enough water in between cocktails. A lack of electrolytes leaves you with a headache and can cause dry mouth and dry skin.
